Dual counselling model

Two ways to reach every young person.

Support happens where young people already are — in school, and online for those outside participating schools.

School

In school

Counselling happens physically in school. The platform handles reporting, referrals and programme management.

Online

Online

Young people outside participating schools can book secure sessions with qualified online counsellors.

Mentors

Volunteer mentorship

Verified mentors in education, career, business, leadership and tech walk alongside young people.

Role-based portals

One platform, the right view for each person.

Young people

Book online counselling, request a mentor, set goals, and explore learning and opportunities.

School counsellors

Log physical sessions using student references, schedule follow-ups, record referrals and submit termly reports.

Online counsellors

Take counselling requests, schedule sessions and keep private progress notes.

Mentors

Apply, get verified, accept mentees and track progress across sessions.

Coordinators

National, state, zonal and LGA views of reach, sessions, referrals and safeguarding alerts.

Ready to begin?

Everyone starts as a young person. Counsellors, mentors and coordinators then apply for their role and are approved before access is given.

Safeguarding first. School records use student reference codes, not names. Coordinators see only totals, never individual records. If a young person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
